1. Delivery and Return Policy
This Delivery and Return Policy is a part of Terms of Service of the Online Store www.bmlmenswear.com
2. DELIVERY
Our delivery partners
Omniva – Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. Please choose parcel machine or courier service at the checkout process. Select your preferred parcel machine after payment.
DHL – rest of European Union countries.
For orders outside EU, please contact us at support@bmlmenswear.com.
BMLMENSWEAR is pleased to offer simple, fast, traceable and free of charge delivery to all European Union countries for all orders paid by 30 June, 2026. Otherwise the shipping fee is 10 Eur for parcels delivered by Omniva (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia) or 30 Eur for parcels delivered by DHL.
Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding Lithuanian holidays.
In case any issue is noticed post-delivery (damaged or missing parcel, missing or defective products), the customer must report this within 2 business days via email support@bmlmenswear.com with a detailed description and pictures. In case this condition is not followed and a return is processed, BMLMENSWEAR will decline the refund. The products may then be returned to the customer, who will be charged for the shipping fee – 10 Eur parcels delivered by Omniva (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia) or 30 Eur for parcels delivered by DHL (rest of the Europe).
3. RETURNS
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 15 days, for any reason and without justification, provided the items are in their original condition. If the order has already been dispatched, we will process your refund once the products are returned to us.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags and labels attached, and in their original packaging. Please ensure all accompanying items such as labels, hangers, suit bags, and dust bags are also returned. Please take care not to crease the soles, we suggest to use carpetted cover when trying shoes on.
For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks and similar products are not eligible for return.
Return is free of charge once per order.

- Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia Returns. Please use the complimentary OMNIVA return label included in your parcel. Pack the items you want to return, stick the return label, got to any Omniva parcel machine and drop it there following instructions.
- Other EU countries Returns. Please use the complimentary DHL return label included in your parcel. Return the parcel by scheduling a DHL courier pickup or by dropping it off at one of the DHL service points.
5. EXCHANGES
Exchange of products is not provided. For the fastest service, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired product.
6. REFUNDS
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method, typically within 3-7 business days. In case return conditions regarding the timeframe or returned products quality rquirements mentioned above are not followed, BMLMENSWEAR will decline the refund. In case the return was processed, the returned products then may be returned to the customer, who will be charged for the shipping fee – 10 Eur parcels delivered by Omniva (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia) or 30 Eur for parcels delivered by DHL (rest of the European Union countries).
